2. the right to rectification – you have the right to obtain the rectification by iDentify of inaccurate personal data, as well as the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data. iDentify will notify you of any rectification of personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about this.

3. the right to delete data – you have the right to obtain from iDentify the deletion of personal data concerning you, without undue delay, and iDentify has the obligation to delete the respective data. iDentify will personally notify you of any deletion of personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about this.

4. the right to restriction of processing – you have the right to obtain from iDentify the restriction of processing. iDentify will notify you of any restriction of the processing of your data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about this.

5. the right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data, as provided to iDentify, in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format and to transmit these data to another operator, when this is technically feasible;

– either to charge a fee, taking into account the administrative costs for providing the information or communication or for taking the requested measures;
– or refuse to comply with the request.
