The partnersAgentia Nationala pentru Programe Comunitare in Domeniul Educatiei si Formarii Profesionale was created as a public body subordinated to the Romanian Ministry for Education, Research and Innovation, with the aim of managing the Lifelong Learning Programme and Youth in Action at national level. Other Community initiatives - Europass, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus IV and Eurodesk - are also part of the Agency.
The Agency became a key element in developing transnational cooperation in education and in Romania’s participation in EU programmes for education and vocational training. It aims to ensure the compatibility of the Romanian education and training system with European policies, standards and practices, while at the same time bringing to the fore the national cultural identity.
The Agency’s vision can be resumed as Integration through Education and Education for Integration. Education represents an essential element of a united Europe, which cultivates at the same time difference and interculturality.
Besides the management of Community programmes and actions, the Agency has been and is active in transnational cooperation projects, collaborating with other LLP National Agencies, Ministries for Education and public and private bodies involved in policy development and policy implementation for education and training.
Agentia Romana de Asigurare a Calitatii in Invatamantul Preuniversitar is a public institution of national interest working under the Romanian Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation.
The Agency accomplishes the external evaluation (for authorization, accreditation and quality) for all educational organizations at pre-university level; it also accomplishes, every three years, the recurrent evaluation of the accredited educational organizations. It is responsible for the elaboration of the national standards and methodologies for evaluation, in compliance with the domains and their criteria established by the law.
Human Resource Development Centre is host institution (National Agency) for Lifelong Learning Programme, decentralized actions, European language label initiative, National Europass Centre, National Euroguidance Centre, National Support Services for the eTwinning action and National Referent coordinator - the EU network for sharing expertise and experience in VET.
HRDC’s activities are related to administration of EU Education and training programmes in Bulgaria; projects coordination, preparation of analysis and development of databases in the field of Education, Training and Labour market; information and dissemination of European policy initiatives and good practical examples; valorisation of successful projects in national and regional contexts; dissemination of Bulgarian experience through good practice examples of projects and policy initiatives in the field of education and training in EU context .
Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Apprenticeship and Non-Formal Education is an umbrella organization in the Ministry of National Education in Turkey which is officially responsible for adult education in the Ministry and has a responsibility of LLL strategy.
This institution provides courses for young people and adults on:
• Vocational training (about 350 occupational areas),
• Social-cultural courses,
• Literacy courses,
• Apprenticeship and mastership programmes on 130 occupational fields,
• Vocational courses in line with needs of people.
Institut für Internationale Zusammenarbeit des Deutschen Volkshochschul-Verbandes is the federal association of the 16 regional associations of community adult education centres (Volkshochschulen, VHS).
dvv international operates nationally and internationally. It promotes the exchange of information and expertise on adult education and development throughout Europe and worldwide, provides support for the establishment and development of adult education institutions in developing countries and countries in transition. dvv international provides inservice training, advice and media for global and intercultural education and for learning about European politics.
The programmes, projects and initiatives conducted jointly with our partners:
• focus on initial and in-service training for adult educators,
• facilitate practice-based evaluation and research,
• promote the development of teaching and learning materials,
• support the institutional and material infrastructure,
• offer advice on organizational development,
• contribute to recognition of adult education through lobbying activities,
• foster regular cooperation with regional and international organizations.
